Delivering HGI clients world-class CRAFT “top-cut”
organic grow facilities, education and opportunity
for the Hemp/Cannabis industry.

WELCOME!

Hi, this is Rick Rainbolt, founder of HGI. We invite you to attend; The Art & Science of CRAFT “Top-Cut” Grow Operations, Louisiana event on April 25th, 2020. (New Date to be Announced) HGI has taken the Best-of-the-Best from the Master Grow CERT™ programs and all of you are in a position to leverage this opportunity.
For the past several-years HGI has established itself as the ‘go-to’ organization for world-class Hemp and Cannabis grow facilities, education and opportunities. HGI specializes in the development of CRAFT “top-cut” organic grow facilities and operations.
As of January 2020 HGI has developed twenty-three (23) indoor/closed environment and light-dep greenhouse grow operations in multiple states, held eight (8) sold-out educational symposiums attracting attendees from 36-states, one (1) “Hands-In-Dirt” training event for top Master Grow “CERT G2” clients and have given out seventeen (17) Master Grow Facility certifications.
HGI’s facilities are hygienical environments for biologic methods and organic best practices. CERT facilities are designed for perpetual high-yield grow cycles, giving clients a year-round production schedule.
Our model from day one… “Think Big, Start Small”. HGI’s Master Grow C.E.R.T programs are about developing a specific top-cut grow model that begins with a CRAFT (small) ‘organic’ and hygienical operation. Once clients are established within the industry, their operation can be scaled.

It’s important to minimize financial exposure and accelerate ROI over a short period of time.
We're on a mission to help CRAFT operations safely approach this new and viable industry while creating new American jobs.
From our experience, starting back in 2017 here in North Carolina, the biggest point of difference to your success will be your level of knowledge. In this new industry, not having the proper education… can be very expensive.

We look forward to seeing you on April 25th, 2020.
Sincerely,

Rick Rainbolt,
FOUNDER/President,
Hemp Geo Institute, LLC.

HGI serves a specialized segment of the Hemp and Cannabis industry with a focus
on the following three fundamentals…
1. Pure Organic Integrity
2. Holistic Cultivation
3. Whole Plant Medicinal Efficacy
To accomplish those three fundamentals, the following are critical…
1. Properly developed grow facilities
2. Superlative stable phenotype genetics
3. High-level organic cultivation skills
The result is full-spectrum, whole-plant concentrates that smell,
taste, and test at the highest level of medicinal effectiveness.
This innovative process maintains the TrueOrganic Value or
“Composition” of the plants’ medicinal potential without
the added physical deterioration which distorts the
final product.

SUCCESS is accomplished by providing students and clients with the most current and best practice information the industry has to offer. The LOUISIANA event specializes within a narrow segment of the industry... CRAFT Operations.
You will learn the turn-key fundamentals from start-up costs, ROI and perpetual rotation cycle to generate the highest yield possible.
You will be one step closer to becoming a Master Hemp Grower!

Designing an indoor efficient facility to grow cannabinoid hemp must have a well-thought-out plan. Without a specific plan, the cost of the project will escalate far above the budget, in addition to the consideration all the requirements outlined in the regulations prepared by the governing body and the regulations of the municipality where the facility(s) will be constructed.
The Art and Science of CRAFT "Top-Cut" Grow Operations event is designed for those who are completely committed to achieving the very highest standards in this emerging and profitable industry. Committed to developing world-class venues that are hygienically built to produce the finest possible cannabinoids.

The Growers who will WIN big in the CRAFT sector, are the ones who simply commit to nothing less than excellence!

Lighting Fundamentals
One of the Most Important Capital Investments

In the afternoon session you will learn critical information to one of your most important aspects to developing a CRAFT “top-cut” grow operation… LIGHTING. HGI utilizes testing procedures to determine the efficacy of different lighting fixtures for multiple growing environments. Hemp Geo Institute will not make lighting recommendations to clients without proper data and testing protocols. One bad mistake in lighting decisions can cost grower’s thousands of dollars.

Lighting Fundamentals and Why so Vital

• Light is not just light
• Know the different lighting technologies
• What are Lumes, Lux, PAR & Micromoles?
and several more vital subjects!

Light-Dep Greenhouses
Many growers are switching to auto light-dep greenhouse growing systems and Rick will cover the fundamentals and why it's a growing trend when growing cannabinoid hemp. By utilizing blackout greenhouse systems, growers are able to automate and control their growing environment for successful multiple-harvests per year.
With light deprivation and automated environmental controls, growers can yield outdoor size production with indoor quality grows, all while reducing overhead costs and power consumption. Growers need to understand the effect on their Geo-location when growing in humid climates, however, dry desert climates have their own challenges.
Any area where a greenhouse is located comes with its own special climate challenges to overcome. To overcome these challenges takes research, planning, and with a complete understanding of the type of phenotypes, you are growing.
With the correct covering and ventilation techniques, you can create a greenhouse that adjusts to the ideal temperature, diffuses light, and eliminates condensation. This type of growing system allows the 'best-practice' strategies to be employed to better control mold and pathogens caused by excess humidity, in addition to any environment you are exposed to.
With careful research, thorough planning, and the right equipment, you can have a flourishing light deprivation greenhouse even in the hottest, most humid, or driest climates!

How to Set-Up a Light-Dep Greenhouse

• Setting the footers
• Determine the flooring type
• Cost for the prep work
• Construction buildout cost
and several more vital subjects!

CRAFT Indoor Facilities

A craft indoor facility serves many purposes. The indoor facility works in concert with the light-dep greenhouse for seedling starts and small veg plants that will be rotated into the light-dep greenhouse. This will give the grow operation more rotation cycles throughout the year.
In addition, this facility will give the operation 'indoor-flower' to sell. Some buyers only want organic indoor grown cannabinoid flower. There are many more aspects to developing craft indoor facilities that will be covered at the event.
Subjects Covered...

How to Build a CRAFT Indoor Facility

• Design operation floor plan
• Create lighting design grids for each grow room
• HVAC design, sizing and energy usage data
and several more vital subjects!
Only a few of the many subjects
that will be covered at the event!

Growing consistent world-class cannabinoid hemp requires both Art and Science. This approach includes an understanding of environmental controls, pest management, nutrient uptake, lighting, soil health, and water systems and so much more.

HGI's trainers and experts can prevent you from easily falling victim to costly mistakes and imbalances that will reduce your yield, quality and consistency. Small mistakes can cost you a substantial amount of money and can be avoided with proper training.
